Not everyone can say it, but I love to work. Currently, my focus is on developing experience strategy for large scale digital ecosystems and delivering UX innovations for Mobile Apps, Responsive Web and AR.

In my past life, I grew a digital marketing agency from $0 to $1m+ in annual revenue and co-founded the Interactive Division of Robert DeNiro’s Tribeca Productions. Bottom line –  I have done and still do some pretty cool stuff.

Critical Mass Diversity & Inclusion Board:
Age Affinity Group Lead (2021-2024)

The intersection of tech and creativity is often seen as a young person’s game, but people of all ages play a vital part in the process. At Critical Mass it has been my privilege to be the Lead for the Age Affinity Group, which represents employees who are 50+.

In this position I developed and launched Concentric, a program enabling employees who are caring for elder parents to receive up to an additional 5 days off per year to care for their loved ones. I also am the representative for Critical Mass at the Living, Learning, Earning Longer Collective – a collaboration between AARP & the World Economic Forum focused on providing research and supporting causes that impact older workers.
