My path into workforce innovation began when I was asked to lead the Age Affiliation group on the Critical Mass DE&I Board. What started as “sure, I’ll help” quickly grew into a true passion—and a natural extension of my UX background.
The fundamentals haven’t changed: understand the audience, solve for their needs, align stakeholders, secure executive buy-in, and collaborate with teams to make it real. The outputs simply take a different form—programs, policies, and processes instead of interfaces and flows.
